Terms of use
somanyplans.de is run by Verilob GmbH (see the imprint). By creating or answering a poll you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple.
What you may post
Organizers are responsible for their polls (question, options, description, outcome), participants for their names, answers and comments. Use the service for polls among people who want them, and do not post anything that breaks the law or the rights of others.
- No unlawful or hurtful content
- Nothing that is unlawful, harasses or threatens people, incites hatred or glorifies violence.
- No other people’s data, no spam
- No personal data of people who did not agree to share it, no spam or advertising, no links to malware or phishing.
- No abuse of the service
- No attempts to get around rate limits or security measures, to read other people’s polls without the link, or to create polls or answers in bulk by machine.
Reporting content
Every poll has a report link. It is our channel for notices of illegal content and of breaches of these terms (Art. 16 DSA): tell us which poll and why, and leave an email address if you want an answer.
We review every report. If content is unlawful or breaks these terms, we remove it or the whole poll and inform the organizer of the decision and the reason. If you disagree with a decision, write to us and we will look at it again.
A free service, without guarantees
The service is free of charge. We run it with care but do not promise that it is always available, free of errors or kept in its current form; we may change or end it. If you need a poll’s results for later, keep your own copy.
Liability
Because the service is free, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. This does not limit our liability for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act, or where the law does not allow a limitation.
How long polls are kept
A poll is deleted six months after it was last used, or seven days after the organizer deletes it, together with all answers. The privacy notice lists what is kept for how long.
Contact point
Our contact point for authorities and users under Art. 11 and 12 DSA is the address and email in the imprint; we answer in German or English.
Law and changes
German law applies. If you are a consumer living in another country, the mandatory consumer protection of that country stays unaffected. We may change these terms for the future; the version date below shows which version applies.
